Using innovative winding technology, we manufacture high-precision, customized power coils for the automotive industry, industrial trucks, as well as construction and agricultural vehicles. Our products are characterized by the highest quality, durability, and efficiency. All coils manufactured by us are 100% inspected.
Short production paths and a high level of vertical integration enable us to produce quickly and efficiently. All processes – manufacturing of coilformers by injection molding, winding of coils, and subsequent final assembly, finishing by taping, masking and cable assembly – take place under one roof. We use single-spindle machines for prototypes and multi-spindle machines for series production.
Thanks to our many years of experience and comprehensive expertise, we are able to manufacture individual solutions for a wide range of requirements both at our site in Homburg and at our partner company in Hungary.
