With our modern machinery from Arburg, Haitian, and Dr. Boy, consisting of 21 high-performance vertical and horizontal machines with clamping forces ranging from 35 to 230 tons, we manufacture a wide range of customer-specific products in a 3-shift operation. Our many years of experience and technical expertise enable us to realize precise and economical solutions for a wide variety of industries.

Overmolding
In the overmolding of metal inserts, metallic components (e.g., contacts, sockets, or carrier parts) are placed into an insertion tool and then overmolded with plastic. This process combines the advantages of both materials – the mechanical stability and electrical conductivity of the metal with the insulation and moldability of the plastic – into a single, functionally integrated component.
We use vertical operator machines with and without rotary tables for this process. This allows us to economically overmold quantities of up to 1 million parts.
